The Client Service Placement is a 12-month frontline role supporting live client projects, where you'll manage relationships between clients and expert networks whilst handling high volumes of communication in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do
- Screen and negotiate with subject-matter experts to identify optimal matches for client requests
- Manage client-expert communications and coordinate across multiple concurrent projects
- Develop understanding of client sectors, market conditions and regulatory contexts
- Handle time-sensitive project delivery under deadline pressure
- Multitask across phone-based outreach, project coordination and relationship management
Eligibility
- Able to start September 2027 for a 12-month placement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with comfort on high-volume phone work
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to work with ambitious professionals on live client-facing work
