FLS is recruiting recent graduates for a two-year rotational development programme designed to build future leaders. You'll rotate through different business functions, work on real projects alongside experienced teams, and develop technical and commercial expertise across the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Complete structured rotations across multiple business areas to gain broad operational exposure
- Contribute to live projects that support key business goals and customer outcomes
- Develop technical skills and product knowledge through hands-on assignments
- Learn from mentors and industry experts within the business
