BlackRock is a global investment management firm offering an intensive eight-week summer internship programme from June to August. The scheme provides students with practical experience mirroring full-time analyst work, combining formal training, real project work, mentoring and networking across the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to daily team projects and deliverables across your assigned function
- Participate in on-the-job training tailored to your role and business area
- Attend speaker series and learning sessions led by senior leaders
- Engage in mentoring relationships and employee network activities
- Build professional connections through structured networking opportunities
Eligibility
- Currently in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or master's degree, graduating in 2028
- Any degree subject accepted
- Fluent in the local language for Continental Europe roles (English sufficient for Budapest and Private Markets Zurich positions)
- Can apply to one programme and up to two functions within it
- Must commit to a single application; withdrawals prevent reapplication this cycle
