Police Now operates a prestigious two-year graduate development programme with Devon and Cornwall Police, one of the UK's top 100 graduate employers. You'll join a neighbourhood policing team focused on building community trust, reducing crime, and tackling serious issues affecting public safety across Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
What you’ll do
- Work embedded within neighbourhood policing teams to identify and address long-term community issues
- Use problem-solving and decision-making skills to assess risk, harm and emerging threats
- Help tackle anti-social behaviour, knife crime, violence against women and girls, and drug-related offences
- Support vulnerable people and contribute to safeguarding efforts across your area
- Develop frontline policing experience while preparing for future leadership responsibilities
Eligibility
- Graduate from any degree discipline
- No prior policing experience or knowledge required
- Genuinely motivated by building public trust and reducing crime
- Committed to making a positive, lasting impact in communities
- Ready to start the two-year programme in March 2027
