Goodfish Group
Goodfish Group is a privately owned precision plastics manufacturer with four sites across the Midlands and North Wales, generating over £27m annual revenue. They produce injection-moulded and extruded polymer components for medical, industrial, consumer, and infrastructure sectors. You'll join their sales team in a genuine commercial role handling customer accounts from day one.
What you’ll do
- Manage relationships with existing customer accounts and serve as their primary commercial contact
- Develop understanding of the company's manufacturing processes, capabilities, and product range
- Identify customer needs and match them to manufacturing solutions
- Support account growth and retention through regular engagement
- Contribute to the sales function as it expands across the business
Eligibility
- Graduate background with technical credibility and commercial mindset
- Customer-facing experience or demonstrable ability to build professional relationships
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and industry operations
- Ability to work independently on assigned account portfolio
- Commitment to quality and detail in customer interactions
