What you’ll do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across network, hardware and software components for enterprise customers
- Provide direct technical support to clients implementing and maintaining Verkada's security and IoT solutions
- Contribute to system design and deployment recommendations for customer installations
- Work alongside full-time engineers on real production challenges rather than routine admin tasks
- Gain exposure to cloud-managed IoT technology and enterprise support workflows
Eligibility
- Currently undertaking an industrial placement or sandwich year programme
- Interested in technical support engineering or IoT technology
- Capable of working onsite in the London office
- Comfortable learning and working with complex network and hardware systems
