Edyn is modernising its HR infrastructure by consolidating multiple payroll and people management systems into integrated platforms. As an HR Graduate, you'll play a key role in this transformation, working with HR leadership and external partners to streamline processes, manage data migration and implement new technologies across the organisation.
What you’ll do
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the company
- Map current HR processes and design future workflows to fit new systems
- Support data cleansing, migration and system configuration activities
- Assist with testing and implementation of HR technology platforms
- Develop training materials and support manager and employee adoption of new systems
- Monitor feedback and help drive sustained engagement with the new ways of working
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with an HR background or qualification
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Interest in learning about employee relations, HR analytics and people operations
