Havas Platform is a six-month paid entry-level scheme run by Ledger Bennett, the B2B marketing agency within the Havas Group. The programme targets underrepresented talent and combines genuine client work with structured training, mentorship and industry learning across a supportive team environment.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to live client projects and marketing briefs alongside experienced colleagues
- Develop practical skills in B2B creative work, transforming complex technical offerings into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas and solve creative challenges
- Participate in tailored training and coaching delivered throughout the six-month cycle
- Engage with industry professionals to broaden knowledge of B2B marketing and advertising
Eligibility
- Early career or early-stage talent, ideally from underrepresented backgrounds
- Interest in creative or marketing-focused work within the B2B sector
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
- Based in or able to work in the UK
