TLT is a national law firm, and this Apprentice Legal Project Co-Ordinator role joins its Future Law team, which brings project management and legal technology to the way legal work is delivered. Over an 18-month programme you’ll be enrolled on the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship (delivered by BPP), combining workplace experience with structured learning and coaching, and finishing with a recognised project-management qualification.
What you’ll do
- Support Legal Project Managers with project and matter progress reporting, including client contact
- Monitor scope and scope creep, and help map, plan and manage resource
- Produce and amend complex documents such as proposals, tenders and reports
- Set up files, projects and matters, and track milestones and status
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-ups
- Identify process improvements through technology and liaise with IT, vendors and stakeholders
Eligibility
- Diploma or degree in Law (LLB preferred), Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new software quickly; strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
