Graduate Sales Executive (Amazing OTE/Progression!)

Our client, an established Managed IT/Telecoms Provider, are looking to recruit 2 x personable, driven Graduates to join their brand new Central London office on a permanent basis, developing business with B2B clients across the UK. Working under the stewardship of an incredibly successful Sales Manager (whom we have prior experience of working alongside elsewhere), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)! Our client have been established for just over 30 years and help their clients to ensure all technology supports their goals. Partnering primarily with SME's, they ensure their clients get the most from technology by keeping IT/Communications/Cybersecurity secure, reliable and aligned with how each individual business operates. In order to further strengthen their grip on the market, they are now seeking 2 x candidates to join their Sales team. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound sales calls to B2B clients - Generating information/qualifying leads about each prospect to fully understand how the business can assist with their growth - Adopting a very consultative approach to each prospect - really understanding unique business needs to ensure alignment with solutions - Updating all customer information on company CRM - Working to a range of sales targets In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following: - Recent University Graduate (no prior experience required) - High energy/enthusiastic approach to work - Fantastic communication skills - Genuine desire to earn fantastic money in commission - Drive to progress career - Fun, sociable personality! In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £30,000, our client are also offering the following: - Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £45,000 - £50,000) - Fun, sociable office atmosphere (shared office space - amazing central location) - Great working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm) - Free on-site gym membership - Incredible progression opportunities (as the company are looking to continue growing!)
